On June 10, the Russian army committed another war crime – namely, an attack on a civilian minibus with the sign “Bread” in Nikopol. A man was injured. The prosecutor’s office has started an investigation.

Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was started in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
A minibus with the inscription “Bread” was hit in Nikopol.
According to the investigation, on the afternoon of June 10, 2024, the Russian military attacked the BpLA in the city of Nikopol.
A 45-year-old driver of a minibus, who was driving through the city at that time, received shrapnel wounds. The vehicle was damaged.
Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, take all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
