Attack on Khmelnytskyi region: there is damage to the infrastructure, one person was injured

In the morning of November 16, Russian troops carried out an air attack on the Khmelnytskyi region – one civilian was injured.

Serhii Tyurin, the first deputy head of the regional military administration, announced this.

“Today, during the morning air alert in the region, our air defense forces worked against Russian targets,” Tyurin said.

At the same time, debris from one of the downed air targets damaged a truck. The driver suffered minor injuries.

In addition, on the territory of the food warehouses, debris damaged the roof, windows of the workshop and three-story building, and seven containers for storing vegetable oil.

During the night of November 16, the Ukrainian military destroyed 16 Russian Shahed-type attack drones in the sky, as well as an Kh-59 guided air missile, the command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

The Russians attacked from the south-eastern direction (Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russian Federation). 18 attack drones were launched across Ukraine (16 were shot down). The defense forces involved units of mobile fire groups, fighter aircraft and anti-aircraft missile units.
