On December 10, the Russian army struck a private clinic in Zaporizhzhia, killing three people and injuring sixteen others, including two doctors. There may be at least eight people under the rubble.
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration Ivan Fedorov, the Air Force, and the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“The Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia. Previously, two people were injured,” Fedorov wrote.
Earlier, airmen warned of the threat of the use of ballistic weapons from the southeast, in regions where an air alert has been declared.
Later, Fedorov wrote that four people were already injured.
The Russians also destroyed a private clinic and damaged nearby buildings. Currently, doctors, police officers, and the State Emergency Service are working at the scene of the attack.
At 16:05, the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration reported that three people were killed and five were injured.
“Rescuers are searching for people under the rubble, destroyed by a Russian missile clinic. All services are working at the scene of the strike,” Fedorov added.
A few minutes later, the head of the regional military administration announced that the number of people injured in the attack had increased to 11. One of them is in serious condition. Two doctors are among the injured.
At 16:39, Fedorov wrote that 14 people were currently known to have been injured.
Later, he reported that 16 people were injured as a result of the Russian missile attack.
In addition, the Prosecutor General’s Office noted that the building of a private clinic and a cafe located nearby were destroyed as a result of the hit. The blast wave and debris damaged multi-story residential buildings and cars of local residents.
Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into a criminal case of a war crime that caused the death of people.
According to Fedorov, at least eight people are under the rubble of a building destroyed by an enemy strike.
“The State Emergency Service continues the search and rescue operation. Three medical teams are with them,” the head of the regional military administration said.
