During June 9, the Russian army struck with artillery and FPV drones in Nikopol, as well as in the Marhanetska, Pokrovska and Myrivska communities.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Serhiy Lysak, the regional military administration.
Two men, aged 43 and 53, were injured as a result of the shelling. Both were hospitalized in moderate condition.
A high-rise building, a maintenance station, power lines, infrastructure facilities and a garage were damaged. A fire broke out, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers.
Russian strikes were also recorded in the Sinelnyky district – in the Mezhivska and Slavyanska communities. As a result of drone strikes, a cultural center was destroyed, a private home was damaged, and a fire broke out.
Despite this, the air defense forces worked effectively – 6 Russian drones were destroyed over the Dnipropetrovsk region in the evening and at night.
