Azerbaijani Embassy in Kyiv hit by Russian missile

During the massive shelling of Kyiv on August 28, one of the missiles exploded near the Azerbaijani embassy building.

“There were strikes on a Turkish enterprise, on the Embassy of Azerbaijan, on the European Union representation, on the British Council, on residential areas,” the president said.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Ayhan Hajizadeh, in a comment to Apa, noted that one of the Russian missiles exploded a hundred meters from the embassy building. As a result, some windows were broken, and holes appeared on the roof of the consular section.
