On January 7, Russian troops shelled settlements in the Donetsk region six times, causing damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.
This was reported by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Vadym Filashkin.
In the Volnovakha district, shelling damaged private houses in the villages of Velyka Novosilka, Rozlyv, Andriyivka and Ulakly.
In the Pokrovskyі district, the Russians struck Pokrovsk, injuring three people. Two private houses, two apartment buildings and one enterprise were damaged.
In the Kramatorsk district, three houses and two non-residential premises were destroyed in Lyman.
In the Bakhmut district, the most destruction was suffered by the Siversk and Chasovoyarsk communities. In Siversk, eight private houses were damaged, and in Chasovoe Yar, nine private houses, an apartment building and a non-residential building.
152 people were evacuated from the front line, including eight children.
