On the night of October 25, Russian troops attacked the Khmelnytskyi region with attack drones. All enemy UAVs were shot down, but the debris fell near the Khmelnytskyi NPP.
As a result of the explosion, the windows in the administrative and household and laboratory and household buildings were damaged. Due to damage to power transmission lines, 1,860 consumers in the cities of Slavuta and Netishyn of Khmelnytskyi region were cut off.

“Also in the cities of Slavuta and Netishyn, the premises of the fire and rescue units and the building of the police department were damaged by the blast wave,” the report says.
“Slavuta is a peaceful city, we don’t have military units, but at 4 o’clock in the morning we came under bombardment, and a lot of damage was done: schools, kindergartens, other critical infrastructure objects were damaged. Currently, all services for the maximum elimination of damage, which are in the territory of the city and nearby villages, are working.
All educational institutions, we have 22 of them, all without exception are in ruins. And many other objects: boiler houses, buildings of other purpose,” said the chairman of Slavuta, Vasyl Sydor.
