Unfortunately, energy infrastructure facilities are also hit. In connection with this, the most difficult situation is in Kharkiv Oblast and Kyiv Oblast.

“For understanding. 72 apartments were destroyed. We understand who and how many people could live there. From 100 to 200 people. Among them are several dozen children. Let’s hope that they are not under the rubble,” Tymoshenko said.
