Caravans of dump trucks with stolen grain travel through Melitopol to Crimea, and collaborators from the territory of Ukraine trade through front persons

The Russians are in a hurry to take out the stolen grain from the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, not only by rail, but also by land corridor.

As residents of Melitopol report, every day towards the south they observe convoys of dump trucks with wheat. Grain truck drivers are paid a lot of money for the risk – from 1.5 to 2.5 thousand dollars per flight. They say there are enough people willing to make money from thieving.

Checkpoints have been set up on the way out of the city so that not a single seed of the occupation structure floats out from under the nose. Controllers from the pseudo-police and fake ministry of the agro-industrial complex stop every car and inspect both documents and cargo.

Only those cars that are registered in the federal information system are released. Into this system, the occupiers included all the farms of individual entrepreneurs who grow grain. It is only allowed to sell crops through this system.

At the checkpoint, drivers are issued a pass only if they provide a package of documents indicating the producer and buyer registered in the state grain company.

– There must be contracts, registration, a document for a batch of grain. Based on the volume, the validity period of the pass is considered and after that we issue the pass, – lists some head of the pseudo-ministry of the agro-industrial complex of the Zaporizhzhia region Oleksiy (he was afraid to advertise his last name).

If someone decides to make money on his own, there is no chance to export such grain outside the Zaporizhzhia region. Moreover, since all farmers have already been obliged to register in the Russian tax system, they are threatened with large fines for trying to make money on their own from grain sales.

– We are told that they will simply be imprisoned for non-payment of taxes. And a 24-hour moving line about the record harvest of grain in Russia is played on the zombo-box. But not a single word about the fact that this record harvest is due to the captured territories of Ukraine, says a farmer from Tokmak, located in the neighborhood of the Melitopol district.

The price per ton of wheat is extortionate: they promise 3,000 rubles, but in practice they give 2,000 rubles. And not immediately. The grain must be handed over first, but the money is promised in 2-3 months and it is not a fact that they will be given.

Last week, residents of Melitopol observed the active movement of trucks with carriages transporting railway wagons from the direction of Berdyansk.

They are all empty upside down. They were taken to the railway. There, they collect and load them with grain at the depot. After that they are sent to the Crimea.

It is noteworthy that representatives of the Russian authorities do not even hide the way in which they take away farms from farmers and steal grain.

The so-called governor of the Zaporizhzhia region, E. Balytskyi, said that 2.5 million tons of grain will be harvested in the occupied Zaporizhzhia region this year. At least one million tons of Gauleiter was going to be exported to Russia. Another million tons, according to E. Balytskyi, are exported by the farmers themselves.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) exposed a businessman-collaborator who exported Ukrainian grain from temporarily occupied Berdyansk to the Russian Federation. We are talking about wholesale batches of grain and horticultural products grown by the companies involved in the temporarily occupied territory of the region. The businessman himself left for Kyiv and, according to the investigation, established remote control of his own companies in the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine.

For this purpose, he left his companion in Berdyansk, who actually manages agricultural enterprises.

For the “unimpeded” conduct of business in the temporarily occupied territory, the participants “re-registered” it under Russian legislation and agreed to pay “taxes” to the budget of the Russian Federation.

Among other things, they had a valid contract with the so-called Ministry of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Region.

According to the available data, they “exported” the harvested agricultural products, primarily wheat, to the aggressor country through the Berdyansk port.

During searches of the residence and office of the owner of the agricultural holding in Kyiv, cash was found, as well as documents, seals and computer equipment with evidence of criminal activities.

It is possible that there are also dealers in Melitopol who have gone abroad and remotely manage their business, registered as fictitious persons. This example of the entrepreneur’s detention shows that there is no way to hide from responsibility.
