
Russian drones attacked, in particular, Kyiv on the night of May 12, while air defense was operating in the city.
The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, reported early in the morning that the drone debris had fallen onto the roof of a 20-story residential building in the Obolon district.
Later, the chairman, Vitaliy Klitschko, clarified that a 16-story building had been damaged:
“As a result of the UAV debris falling onto the roof of a 16-story residential building in Obolon, a fire broke out. It was extinguished. The roof of the technical floor of the building was damaged. There was no other damage.”
