Chernihiv region: large-scale fire broke out due to the fall of a Russian UAV

According to the State Emergency Service: In the Koryukiv district of Chernihiv region, a fire of self-sowing plantations and dry vegetation broke out due to the fall of a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle. The fire broke out on an area of ​​about 7 hectares, the fire spread in separate areas.

Employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine promptly extinguished the fire. Thanks to their efforts, it was possible to prevent the further spread of the fire to neighboring territories.

This incident highlights the risks associated with the use of drones in military conflicts, as their fall can lead to unpredictable consequences, such as fires or environmental disasters. Firefighting in conditions of possible military operations requires coordinated actions of rescue services, which is critically important for the safety of the local population.
