Consequences of the attack on Kyiv: a high-rise building was partially destroyed in one of the districts

On the morning of November 2, Kyiv was again attacked by Russian troops. As a result of the attack of the drones of the armed forces of the Russian Federation on Kyiv, the fall of debris has already been recorded in six districts of the capital — in Solomyansky, Svyatoshynsky, Shevchenkovsky, Holosiivskyi, Pecherskyi and Dniprovskyi.

This was announced by the head of the Kyiv city military administration, Serhii Popko.

In the Solomyan district, glazing and exterior decoration of several residential buildings and 5 cars were damaged. A 16-story building caught fire, the apartments on the upper floors were damaged.

The fire covered an area of ​​about 50 square meters. There is a possibility of partial destruction of the upper floors. Rescuers evacuated 18 residents of the building. Two people were injured, among them a patrol policeman.

“A police officer on patrol who was helping residents of a burning building in Sviatoshyn district was hospitalized, having previously been poisoned by burning agents. Another victim, a resident of the same district, was treated by medics without hospitalization,” the message reads.

A non-residential building on the territory of a private development was also damaged.

In the Holosiivskyi district, the glazing of several apartments in a 22-story residential building was partially damaged. No fire or casualties.

Local fires broke out on several balconies of apartment buildings in the Dnipro district.

In the Shevchenkiv district, a fire broke out between the 3rd and 4th floors of a defunct multi-story building with an area of ​​2 square meters. The fire has been extinguished. There are no casualties.

A balcony in an 8-story residential building was damaged in the Pechersk district. There were no casualties and there was no fire.
