
As a result of the morning air attack on Kyiv, two people died: a man born in 1956 and a woman born in 1959, another 30 were injured, including five children. This was reported by Chairman Vitaliy Klitschko.
The greatest destruction was recorded in the Dniprovskyi, Pecherskskyi and Darnytskyi districts of the city.
In the Dniprovskyi district, fragments of a Russian drone hit the sixth floor of a 16-story residential building, after which a fire broke out. One person died, ten residents were rescued.
At another address, fragments fell into the courtyard of a residential building, damaging the window glazing, but there was no fire.
In the Pecherskskyi district, fragments of a rocket fell, followed by a fire, which has already been extinguished.
In the Darnytskyi district, fragments of a drone hit the territory of an enterprise, causing a fire in a two-story building and a hangar. A hit was also recorded in a 17-story residential building – the fire occurred at the level of 14-15 floors.
“As of 16:35, the number of victims of the Russian attack on the capital has increased to 30 people. Five of them are children. Nine, including four children, were hospitalized. The rest are receiving outpatient treatment,” Vitaliy Klitschko noted.
In Kyiv, as a result of missile strikes on critical infrastructure facilities in the capital on October 22, some Kyiv residents were temporarily left without hot water. According to the Kyiv City State Administration, the supply of hot water was temporarily suspended in some residential buildings in Holosiivskyi, Darnytskyi, Desnyanskyi, Pecherskyi, Podilskyi, Sviatoshynskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
