Consequences of the Russian strike on a house in Konotop: one person killed and 11 injured

On the night of May 20 in the city of Konotop, Sumy region, according to the authorities, three floors of a multi-storey building collapsed as a result of a strike by a shaheed, one person died and 11 were injured.

Since nightfall, a search and rescue operation has been ongoing in the Konotop community in Sumy region at the site of the Russian strike, as a result of which there are dead and injured people.

This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov.

As noted, unfortunately, the body of a woman was discovered under the rubble in the morning. She turned 94 on May 17.

It is reported that she died as a result of a Russian UAV strike on a five-storey building. She lived in the entrance where the Russian UAV hit.

Also, according to the head of the regional military administration, another 11 people were injured as a result of the Russian strike on Konotop. Most of them are elderly people. All are receiving the necessary medical care.

The State Emergency Service said that the body of the deceased elderly woman was unblocked from under the rubble in one of the destroyed apartments on the 3rd floor.
