Criminality from the Russian Federation is moving en masse to the occupied territories

Many Russian criminals who are wanted in Russia have moved to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the Center of National Resistance.

The Center of National Resistance notes that the blocking of funds takes place at the decision level in Moscow. The Russians decided not to pay salaries to their administrations due to the development of the situation at the front.

It is noted that Russian criminality goes to the temporarily occupied territories due to the fact that the local “authority” is not able to ensure order there.

“The occupation police cannot perform law enforcement functions. And for a small “reward”, local police officers turn a blind eye to the creation of new criminal cells in temporarily occupied cities,” the Center of National Resistance reported.

The occupation administration and collaborators, in turn, do not fight this in any way, since “security measures” in their understanding do not consist in ensuring law and order, but in intimidating local residents.

“So Russian criminals feel quite comfortable, and not only hide from the federal search in the temporarily occupied territories, but also, taking advantage of the lack of power, look for new ways to make money,” the Center of National Resistance concluded.

Recently, the Russian Federation announced the partial “evacuation” of residents of front-line villages in the Zaporizhzhia region. At the same time, under the guise of evacuation, they continue to loot the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The so-called management of the Isaac Brodsky Berdyan Art Museum, appointed by the collaborators, received instructions from the Russian curators to rob the museum.

This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.

The occupying management of the art museum recently traveled to the Crimea annexed by the Russians, supposedly for “exchange of experiences”.

But according to the Center of National Resistance, collaborators in Crimea received instructions on organizing the robbery of cultural values.

“First of all, the most valuable exhibits – paintings by famous artists Aivazovskyі, Benoit, and others – are to be taken away,” the message reads.
