At least two people were killed in a Russian strike on Konstantinovka on the morning of September 24, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported.
Eight people were also injured, he added:
“The Russians dropped 3 air bombs on the city, killing two men, aged 42 and 69. Of the 8 wounded, one person is in serious condition.”
According to Filashkin, 16 private houses, three apartment buildings and a car were damaged in the city.
“Every day we see the same sad picture: the Russians are purposefully hitting civilians, killing, maiming – and enjoying it!” he commented.
The head of the region called on residents of the Donetsk region not to risk their lives and to evacuate to safer regions.
