
On the evening of January 6, Russian troops attacked the city of Dnipro, as a result of which at least seven people were injured. This was reported by the chairman Boris Filatov.
Several hundred, and possibly about 1 thousand, windows were damaged in more than 10 high-rise buildings, the mayor noted. He also informed about the probable damage to the heating networks near one of the houses.
Numerous burned-out cars were also recorded.
Two children were among the seven injured. Most of them suffered an acute stress reaction, but there were also shrapnel wounds. City hospitals are providing the necessary assistance, Boris Filatov noted.
He spoke about the destruction of a vocational school where locksmiths and confectioners are trained. A workshop and a student dormitory were damaged.
In addition, the shelling hit two kindergartens and one school. The city continues to collect information about the damage from the Russian attack.
