On the night of April 29, Kyiv and its surroundings were attacked by 11 Russian drones, 9 of which were destroyed by air defense, and 2 more were lost on location. As a result of the drone attack, there was destruction, a fire broke out, and 3 people sought medical help.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration: “Over the past day, an air alert in the capital was declared 3 times: due to the threat of the use of ballistic weapons and due to the threat of an attack by Russian strike UAVs.
As a result of the night drone attack, 11 Russian UAVs were recorded in the vicinity of Kyiv and in the airspace of the capital. 9 of them were destroyed by air defense. 2 were lost on radar.”
There was no damage to critical infrastructure facilities. In Kyiv, a fire was recorded on the territory of a recreation center in the Desnyansky district due to the fall of debris from one of the downed drones.
There is destruction, damage to buildings and cars. Rescuers continue to work at the scene.
Three people sought medical help, without hospitalization.
