On the night of April 14, Russian troops attacked Odessa with drones. As a result of the strike, city hospital No. 11 suffered serious damage — five departments were damaged there at once.
This was stated by the deputy director for technical issues of Odessa City Hospital No. 11, Oleksandr Gladchenko.
According to him, the hospital continues to operate normally, despite significant damage.
After the attack, the hospital was damaged: 78 windows were broken, 12 interior doors were destroyed, operating rooms and corridors were damaged. The departments of neurosurgery, surgery, intensive care, gynecology and therapeutic departments were destroyed, – noted Gladchenko.
The only exception was the outpatient department, where the consequences of the attack are currently being eliminated. Some operating rooms are also temporarily out of operation.
