Drones attacked Kyiv at night – one person in serious condition

Russia struck Kyiv with drones — the Kyiv City Military Administration named the consequences.

On the night of June 16, Russian troops attacked Kyiv with kamikaze drones. As a result of the shelling, damage was recorded in several areas, one person was injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko.

“This night, a Russian strike drone fell in the middle of the private sector in Rusanivske Sady in the Dnipro district. There was a crater at the site of the fall. It was miraculously possible to avoid significant damage and casualties,” the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration noted.

At the same time, Russian shelling damaged shopping pavilions in the Darnytskyi district, and fragments of downed drones are recorded in several other locations, in particular in the Dnipro district.

Tkachenko clarified that currently there is one victim known to have been injured – a boy born in 2004, he was hospitalized in serious condition. The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration thanked the Air Defense Forces, rescuers and medics for their readiness for any situation.
