
On the morning of September 30, the Russian army launched two attacks using “Molniya”-type strike drones on Novhorod-Siverskyi in the Chernihiv region. Russian forces struck two industrial facilities, according to Oleksandr Seliverstov, head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi District Military Administration.
Russian forces have intensified strikes on the region’s frontline towns and villages.
During the first attack, which occurred at 11:45 a.m., two men—aged 28 and 31—sustained shrapnel wounds and blast injuries. They were taken to a medical facility.
In Semenivka, Russian forces struck a civilian infrastructure site with an FPV drone. Information regarding the extent of the damage and potential casualties is currently being verified.
