Due to damage to the railway in the Sumy region, 200 passengers are being transported by buses

After the morning attack on the railway infrastructure on October 23, Ukrzaliznytsia asked the Konotop city government to evacuate about 200 train passengers.

This was reported by the chairman of Konotop, Artem Semenikhin.

As a result of the shelling in the Sumy region, rolling stock and railway infrastructure were damaged. Two employees of the locomotive crew were hospitalized for examination, a woman was also injured.

Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia reported that train traffic in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions was complicated by Russian shelling.
