In the village of Kivsharivka, Kupyan district, Kharkiv region, since yesterday evening, due to constant Russian shelling, they have been unable to retrieve the bodies of three people who died in the entrance of a five-story residential building destroyed by a Russian aerial bomb.
This was reported by Andriy Konashevich, the head of the Kupyanska district military administration.
“Currently, the work has not been completed yet. Unfortunately, we have three people who are under the rubble – a couple and another elderly woman. Unfortunately, now there is no way to do everything to complete the work – the security situation does not allow it. As soon as she allows, of course, these works will be completed,” said Konashevich.
According to him, about 500 people still remain in the constantly shelled village, where there is no electricity, heat, or water supply.
As reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has already been initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In addition to the three most likely dead people, the Russian aerial bomb injured another 71-year-old woman.
