During February 5, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol region, Synelnyky region and Kryvyi Rih. An elderly woman died. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Oleksandr Ganzha.

An 81-year-old woman died in Nikopol due to Russian shelling of the district center.

On February 5, at around 2:00 p.m., Russians fired artillery twice at private homes in one of the districts of Nikopol. A local woman was fatally wounded in her yard. Police officers arrived at the scene. Law enforcement officers identified the deceased, inspected the area and collected physical evidence.

Information on the fact of the war crime of the Russian Federation was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition to Nikopol, the Chervonohrygorivska, Pokrovska, and Marhanetska communities were under attack. They suffered from artillery and FPV drone attacks. Two private houses, an outbuilding, a power line, and a gas pipeline were damaged. And also an enterprise.

The Russians struck the Pokrovska and Mykolaivska communities in the Synelnyky region with a guided aerial bomb and drones. A 25-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized. An outbuilding and a house burned. Another one was destroyed. A car and an excavator were also damaged.

In the Zelenodolska community of the Kryvyi Rih district, solar panels were damaged due to a UAV hit.

During the night of February 5, Russian troops relentlessly attacked the Kryvyi Rih, Synelnyky, Pavlohrad, and Nikopol districts.
