During the day, Russians attacked Nikopol district: civilians injured and infrastructure destroyed

During February 13, Nikopol district was attacked by Russian troops. The Russians used drones, artillery and dropped ammunition from drones. As a result of the shelling, there were injuries among the civilian population, as well as significant destruction.

During February 13, Russian troops carried out massive attacks on the Nikopol region. Nikopol, Myrivska, Pokrovska village and Marganetska communities were under Russian fire. The Russians carried out strikes from drones, used heavy artillery and dropped explosive devices from drones.

Two civilians were injured as a result of the shelling – a 70-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman. Both were hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical care.

The attacks damaged an industrial enterprise, a shop, a high-rise building and a dormitory. More than ten private houses and several outbuildings were destroyed.

Local authorities are urging residents of the region to be careful, listen for alarm signals and take shelter during shelling.
