During the day, Russians hit Kherson region with artillery and drones – 5 people were injured

On March 23, Russians attacked settlements in Kherson region with artillery and drones of various types. As of 17:30, 5 civilians were injured.

Since the very morning, Russians have used artillery several times to shell Belozerka and the suburban village of Komysany. A total of 4 local residents were injured as a result of the strikes. In particular, in Belozerka, a 60-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman who were in the yard of a house were hit by the Russian strike.

Another person was injured in Kherson – the Russians directed an FPV drone at a man while he was cycling down the street.

On the morning of March 23, Russian Molniya drones attacked Zelenivka and Kherson – several residential buildings were damaged. And at lunchtime, the Russians hit a nine-story building in Kherson with a drone. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out on the 5th floor – rescuers quickly extinguished it. The civilian population was not injured.

In general, during the day, private and apartment buildings, office and utility rooms, an educational institution, garages and vehicles were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes was launched.
