During the day, Nikopol experienced four attacks from heavy artillery and seven attacks by drones of various types, including the dropping of cluster munitions. The Russians also attacked Kryvyi Rih with a drone. The Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration and the regional council reported on the security situation in the Dnipropetrovsk region as of the evening of April 9.

In Nikopol region, the district center, Marganetska, Mirivska and Chervonogrigorivska communities suffered from Russian attacks. Infrastructure facilities, a transport company, a private house and a car were damaged. An agricultural company was gutted – a fire broke out there, which was promptly extinguished.

In the Kryvorizka district, the Russians targeted one of the settlements of the Zelenodol community with a drone. Two cars and a non-residential building were mutilated there.

It passed without casualties or injuries. In other communities of the region, the day passed without shelling.
