As a result of shelling on January 23 in Kharkiv, 4,500 windows were broken and 186 residential and 42 private buildings were damaged.
According to the Kharkiv City Council, Kyiv, Saltiv and Kholodnohirsky districts were under attack. In addition to residential buildings, 22 non-residential buildings were also damaged, where more than 1,000 windows were broken.
According to Vitaly Miroshnyk, director of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the City Council, the buildings are still being checked for damage.
On January 23, the Russian city of Kharkiv experienced three waves of Russian missile attacks. In the morning, a residential building in the village of Zhukovskyі and on Severnya Saltivka came under shelling, in the evening – Pushkinska Street.
