“On February 3, at dawn, Russian artillery shelling of the Bilokuzminivka Starostyn district took place. 4 power lines were damaged, which led to the power outage of three settlements of the community and the Bilokuzminivka water pumping station, which supplies water to the city,” the report says.
Also in the morning, the Russians shelled Kostyantynivka with artillery. As a result of the strike, the facade of a private house, a gas pipeline, an electrical network, and a passenger car were damaged. Fortunately, there were no victims or injuries.
“Closer to noon, another Russian attack using two strike drones was recorded. There were no explosions, no damage, and no casualties were reported,” reports Serhiy Gorbunov.
