Five civilians, including two children, were wounded in the Kherson community during the day of November 23 as a result of shelling by the Russian military.
This is stated in the message of the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochka: “As of this hour, there are no casualties in the Kherson city territorial community due to Russian aggression. Five people were injured, two of them children. Medical assistance was provided to all the injured.”
The head of the Kherson regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin said that on November 23, the Russians shelled Kherson again: “A 15-year-old boy and his 11-year-old sister were taken to the hospital. The older one has an injured head, leg and back, and the younger one was diagnosed with facial injuries and an acute reaction to stress. Now the children are in the safe hands of Kherson doctors. They are provided with all necessary medical assistance.”
