Five people were injured in the Kherson region as a result of Russian strikes

Five civilians of the Kherson region were injured as a result of strikes by Russian troops, the communications department of the police of the Kherson region reported on Sunday.

“Russian drones mercilessly attacked Berislav. The Russians dropped explosives on the street. As a result, two people were injured: a 52-year-old man received injuries to the chest, left thigh, left leg, and right forearm, and a 57-year-old woman suffered severe head injuries. Both were taken to the hospital hospital. Also in Berislav, the Russian military attacked the humanitarian headquarters. As a result of dropping four munitions from the UAV, the facade, the entrance door, and the building of the social laundry were destroyed,” the report said.

Three more civilians were wounded in the Kherson district. In particular, in Kherson, a 38-year-old man was injured as a result of dropping ammunition, he has a fractured right scapula, head, back, and limb injuries, his condition is serious, he is in the hospital.

“As a result of the artillery shelling in Antonivka, three private houses were damaged and a 52-year-old man was injured. He received a shrapnel wound in the left leg… In Stanislav, the Russians carried out a drone attack. A 71-year-old local resident was injured as a result of the ammunition being dropped. The woman received medical assistance on the spot. she refused hospitalization,” the police said.

During the day, the Russians shelled the Central District of Kherson, but there were no casualties. “In the Tavriyskyi microdistrict, four apartment buildings, the premises of two educational institutions, as well as vehicles, including a police car, were damaged as a result of shelling,” the summary reports.

The Russians carried out airstrikes with guided bombs on Ingulets and Sadovoy. The hangar of the farm for grain storage, as well as the utility room and boiler room of the school, were damaged. There were no casualties.

On September 21, Kherson, Sadove, Ingulets, Kizomys, Antonivka, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Prydniprovske, Tomyna Balka, Bobrovy Kut, Veletenske, Berislav, Dudchany, Kachkarivka, and Zmiivka suffered from Russian attacks. Two educational institutions, 13 private and five multi-apartment buildings, five cars, the building of the humanitarian headquarters, a store, a utility room and a police car were damaged.

During the day, the police responded to 330 statements and reports from citizens about criminal offenses and other events. Ten criminal proceedings were opened under Art. 438 “Violation of laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
