In Avdiivka, the Russians struck a high-rise building, a man was buried under the rubble

On October 13, late in the evening, Russian troops carried out an airstrike on a five-story building in Avdiivka. The building was destroyed, a man born in 1959 remains under the rubble. The fighters of the “White Angels” unit, which evacuates people from the combat zone, inspected the “arrival” site.

It is currently impossible to retrieve his body, due to constant shelling in the city they even stopped the evacuation of the local population. In addition, it is impossible to deliver humanitarian aid to Avdiivka.

Vitaliy Barabash, head of the Avdiiv city administration, reports that the Russians aim to completely destroy the city. For them, the occupation of Avdiyivka is an important strategic task, because from the heights of the city, they can launch an attack on the rest of the territory of Donetsk region, in particular, on Pokrovsk and other settlements.

The police urge local residents to evacuate to safe places.
