Windows were broken in the institution, children and staff were in shelter at the time of the strike. In the Zolotonoshа district of Cherkasy region, on the afternoon of May 1, during an air raid, fragments of a Russian drone caused damage to a kindergarten. The building was also damaged by a blast wave.

According to the head of the Cherkasy regional military administration, Igor Taburets, windows were broken in the institution, but children and staff managed to hide in a shelter. “In the Zolotonish district, fragments of a UAV and a blast wave damaged a kindergarten,” Taburets noted.

It is preliminary known that there were no casualties. At the same time, three private houses were also damaged, and an examination of the area is ongoing.
