In Dnipro, after the Russian attack by Iranian drones on the night of February 13, one of the hospitals was evacuated and schools were closed.

The mayor of the city, Borys Filatov, announced this.

According to him, in one of the hospitals, the heating system is being drained and many palliative patients are being taken away.

Schools are closing because the weather is forecast to get colder in the near future, and “the system won’t be able to hold,” the chairman said.

Earlier, the authorities of the Dnipro region and the region reported that civilian infrastructure was damaged as a result of Russia’s night attack, and an infrastructure facility and an energy facility were hit.

After the impact, one of the TPPs stopped working. There were power outages in the city, some residents lost water.

As of 10:20 a.m., all homes in Dnipro have already recovered, Serhiy Lysak, the head of the regional military administration, said.

In the Dnipro region, air defense forces shot down ten drones. In total, air defense destroyed 16 out of 23 over Ukraine at night.
