In Kharkiv, a rocket attack damaged the buildings of the Polytechnic University

The buildings of the National Technical University were damaged as a result of a rocket strike in the Kharkiv district of Kyiv.

This was reported by the press service of the university.

“As a result of a rocket attack on Kharkiv on January 10 at the hotel on Shevchenko Street, the campus of the National Technical University suffered significant damage. 12 buildings were damaged, where about 200 windows were broken by the blast wave. Among the buildings that were damaged: the radio engineering building, the evening building, the electrical building, the chemical building, and the main auditorium building,” the post says.

Currently, broken windows are closed with chipboard, material damage is being assessed, the university said.

The university announced a charity fundraiser in order to eliminate the consequences as soon as possible.
