In Kharkiv region, Russians attacked a truck with UN aid with a drone

On the afternoon of September 8, in Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked a truck of the humanitarian mission “Proliska”, which was transporting insulation kits from the UN Refugee Agency for residents of the Zolochiv community. The truck driver was injured as a result of the attack, and the vehicle itself was damaged.

The incident occurred at 11:52 on the Dergachi-Zolochiv highway near the turnoff to the village of Dovzhik. The Russians hit a civilian vehicle, according to preliminary data, using a Molniya UAV with a fragmentation warhead. The driver felt the drone approaching at the last moment and began to maneuver, due to which the impact occurred a few meters behind the vehicle. The explosion damaged the truck’s body, wheels, skin, and tailgate systems.
