In Kharkiv region, Russians hit a car with humanitarian aid

Russians hit a civilian car in the Volchanskyі district.

This was reported by the Kharkiv regional police.

On August 26, at about 8:15, the Russian military directed a Russian drone at a car with people who were transporting humanitarian aid to a front-line settlement. They suffered an acute stress reaction.

The VAZ vehicle was damaged.

“An investigative and operational group of police, explosives technicians and forensic experts left for the scene of the shelling. The crime is being documented. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for the fact of a war crime,” the report says.
