In Kherson region, a volunteer was seriously injured in a drone attack

In the Berislavskyі district of the Kherson region, a volunteer from the ADRA Ukraine charity fund, Ihor Ilnytskyі, who had been delivering food packages from the World Food Program since the de-occupation of the community, was seriously injured in a Russian drone attack.

This was reported by the head of the Berislavskyі city military administration, Oleksandr Alchiyev.

“On the road near Urozhayne, a resident of Beryslav, a volunteer of the ADRA Ukraine Foundation, Igor Ilnytskyі, was seriously injured as a result of a Russian drone strike,” the head of the city’s military administration wrote.

According to Alchiyev, the volunteer had been delivering bread and food packages from the World Food Program since the community was de-occupied.

On December 1, at around 11:20 a.m. on the highway near the village of Rakivka in the Beryslav community, Russians attacked a civilian car with a drone. The 61-year-old man suffered a concussion, explosive and closed head injuries, amputation of his foot, and shrapnel wounds to his leg. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
