In Kherson region, there are victims in Belozerka due to Russian aggression: a local resident died

Under the procedural leadership of the Oleshkiv District Prosecutor’s Office, an investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on December 17, Russian military personnel once again shelled Belozerka in the Kherson region.

A 59-year-old woman who was on the street died as a result of the attack, the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reports.

At this time, it is also known that a 63-year-old woman was injured. She has been hospitalized.

Prosecutors, together with investigators, are making every effort to document the crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
