In Kyiv, on the night of February 23, Russian troops again attacked the place where patrol officers arrived to help.

“Patrol officers received a report about the probable fall of parts of a suicide bomber in the Darnytskyi district. While responding to the call, the vile Russians again attacked the place where patrol officers arrived to help,” the report says.

Amid loud explosions, police officers continued to evacuate people. While rescuing others, they themselves became targets. Fortunately, everyone is alive.

“This strike is yet another evidence that the Russians are acting cynically, and the danger remains constant,” the police noted and urged not to ignore safety rules during Russian shelling and to stay in shelters
