In Kyiv, the second day is spent clearing rubble at the site of the “Shaheed” strike

Rescuers continue to work at the site of the Russian shelling in the Pechersk district of Kyiv.

As a result of the Russian attack the day before, two people died here, four more were injured.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Emergency workers extinguished the fires. As of January 2, the clearing of the rubble is ongoing.

75 rescuers and 19 units of State Emergency Service equipment are involved in the work.

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko reported that the elimination of the consequences has been ongoing for the second day, and work has not stopped at night: “Now the equipment continues to work in Pechersk.”
