The occupying “authorities” of Severodonetsk continue to take housing away from residents of Severodonetsk who were evacuated from their hometown. Another, the eighth, list of apartments that are planned to be opened has been published. This is reported by online publications controlled by the so-called “LPR”.
The occupiers secured another 100 apartments for themselves.
The fake “administration” of Severodonetsk informs about the planned opening of the residential premises. Since the creation by the occupiers of the so-called of the “maneuverable housing stock”, this is already the eighth list with a list of apartments that the local “authority” has set its eyes on.
Currently, they want to take more than 100 houses from the owners who left the city.
Russian posipaks demand that the owners of housing from the “black list” appear in person at the “administration” of the city and give their consent to move unknown persons into the residential premises for a period of 3 years or to refuse the occupiers to give consent to move “foreigners”.
The Russian invaders created a permanent “commission” to identify uninhabited housing. Identified “empty” dwellings are included in the so-called “maneuvering fund”. So apartments are broken into, so to speak, on “legal” grounds. Collaborators and Russian soldiers are housed in the settlement.
Another three dozen people were injured. From February 1 to 14, inclusive, in Bakhmut, 11 civilians were killed and another 30 people were injured due to continuous artillery shelling. The head of regional military administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, announced this.
The first decade of the month was the heaviest in terms of civilian casualties. Since February 10, the intensity of shelling has slightly decreased along with the number of injured Bakhmutians. The statistics do not take into account the citizens who died from the cold, malnutrition, chronic diseases and the inability to receive treatment.
According to the city authorities, 4,291 residential buildings were damaged in the city: 381 apartment buildings (56.5%) and 3,910 (24.9%) private ones. These figures are approximate, since it is impossible to establish the exact amount of destruction in the immediate vicinity of the front line.
In Bakhmut, as before, there is no electricity and gas, practically no water, poor communication. The remaining Bakhmut residents are actually surviving in the conditions of a humanitarian disaster. Humanitarian aid brought to Bakhmut by volunteers, charitable foundations and public organizations remains the only source of livelihood for almost all citizens.
In occupied Mariupol, houses are demolished not only during the day, but also at night. About 300 high-rise buildings have already been erased from the city map by the Russians.
This is reported by the Mariupol City Council.
The cynical and ruthless destruction continues. Around the clock, dozens of houses in all districts are being demolished en masse. There are no entire blocks on the left bank. The situation is similar in the “Cheremushki” microdistrict. The houses of Mariupol residents are being destroyed even in the city center. Together with the bodies of Mariupol residents killed by the Russians, the concrete remains are processed or disposed of.
The Russian occupiers want to completely hide the traces of their crimes and destroy the past Mariupol. However, we keep the memory of our homes and our city. And soon we will return to revive our native Ukrainian Mariupol.
Since the beginning of the Russian occupation, at least 25,000 people have been buried in mass graves in Mariupol and surrounding settlements. Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the chairman of Mariupol, said this.
According to him, the exact number of dead residents of the city and nearby settlements will most likely be impossible to name after the de-occupation of the city and conducting examinations and exhumations.
“Facts remain when the bodies of the dead remain in burned and destroyed houses, and they go to the garbage together with the remains of construction waste that goes for processing. There are cases when there is no one to look for, because the whole family was killed by one bomb,” Andryushchenko said.
The chairman’s advisor said that large-scale burials continue to increase in the area of the village of Stary Krym.
He added that about 90,000 adults currently live in Mariupol. Andryushchenko called this a “terrible” number.
In Mariupol, Russian occupiers continue to massively demolish houses damaged during hostilities. As of mid-January, more than 50 apartment buildings were dismantled in the city.
