In Melitopol, a medical center was “nationalized” and a laboratory of a Russian brand was opened on its base

In the occupied Melitopol, in the “nationalized” premises and on the equipment of the private medical and diagnostic center LerClinic, the laboratory of the Russian network “CityLab” began to work.

This was announced by the owners of the medical center on social networks.

The owners stopped the work of LerClinic on the territory of temporarily occupied Melitopol immediately after the invasion of Russia: “We regret to inform you that during this difficult time for everyone, our LerClinic office in Melitopol, located at Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Ave. 42, was invaded by criminals who do not have the right and permission to work under our brand. They are using our equipment, materials, signs and our name to fool you, our customers, and cash in on your grief, the rightful owners of the center said. – We ask you not to contact these offices and not to be deceived. The quality of medical care they provide cannot be guaranteed as they have no connection with our company.”

According to the Center for Journalistic Investigations, the laboratory of the Russian network “CityLab” started working on the basis of the captured institution. The new “owners” did not even change the sign.

“CityLab” is a large network of medical laboratories located throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as in Serbia. There are collection points for analyzes of this network in the occupied Crimea as well.

The owners of LerClinic reported that they have already applied to the state authorities with statements about property seizure.

In Melitopol, cases of Russian appropriation of the property of businessmen who left the captured city are constantly recorded.
