This time they decided to use the beginning of the heating season to go around the apartments.

According to legend, representatives of the heating network check the state of the networks by ringing every door. If they do not open, they leave a prescription to urgently report to the organization. A mandatory condition is the provision of original housing documents.

Close attention is also paid to apartments for which utilities are not paid. They are, as they say, taken on a pencil and tracked payments in dynamics.

If the debt grows, a notice first appears on the door of such an apartment, and then it is sealed to confiscate it.
