In Melitopol, there are problems with insulin and vaccines for newborns

In occupied Melitopol, medicine is on the verge of collapse, but it is especially difficult for people with chronic diseases.

It is very difficult to get to a doctor in the occupied territory. But if in big cities this is manifested in long queues, then in the villages specialists are absent as a class. For example, in Novobohdanivka, where there are several thousand residents, a doctor is seen once a week, and even then not always.

The situation with medicines is no better. Even drugs of disgusting Russian quality are not easy to buy. And to get it for free, as it was in Melitopol before the war, is a completely unattainable dream.

Currently, in the temporarily occupied territories, there are interruptions in the delivery of drugs for glucose monitoring, as well as insulin to patients with diabetes, writes the Center of National Resistance.

The reason is the inability of Russian industry to produce such systems and drugs, and the country itself is isolated from the civilized world. As a result, patients with diabetes do not receive proper care and treatment.

Earlier, the Russians announced the issuance of insulin in the temporarily occupied territories only with the presence of a passport. However, now the presence of red waste paper does not guarantee treatment, because Russia is not a country with high social standards.

Therefore, the confirmation and problems with tuberculosis habits, which Ukrainian children received in the maternity hospital before the barbarian invasion. Currently, children are discharged unprotected from a dangerous disease, as there are no vaccines.

The situation with supporting people with rare (orphan) diseases is even worse. For example, a man with hemophilia in Melitopol was sent to die.
