In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, Russians hit rescue services twice

In Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian army twice hit the site of a fire that rescuers were extinguishing. Two fire and rescue vehicles were damaged as a result of the shelling.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to the State Emergency Service, a fire broke out in a residential building after the first Russian shelling in the city. During its liquidation, the Russians struck again, damaging fire equipment.

Later, the Russians attacked again – another rescue vehicle was damaged. According to preliminary information, none of the personnel were injured. The fire and rescue vehicle was damaged. Later, the Russians cynically struck the rescuers again: another fire and rescue vehicle was damaged.

Double strikes are a tactic of warfare when, after the first attack, a second one is launched, often directed against rescuers, police officers and medics or civilians who provide assistance to those injured in the first shelling. The Russian army uses this tactic not only in Ukraine.
