In occupied Berdyansk, the Russians intensified the “nationalization” of real estate

Іn the temporarily occupied Berdyansk, the Russians intensified the “nationalization” of Ukrainian real estate. Even property owners who have not registered their property in the Rosregistry can be evicted.

This was announced by the head of the Berdyansk city military administration, Victoria Galitsyna.

“Nationalization” takes place according to the following scheme: representatives of the Ministry of Property and Land Legal Relations of the Russian Federation create commissions to determine “ownerless property”. Then the representatives of the “commission” turn to the arbitration court in Primorsk and the court recognizes the property as “ownerless”. The real estate is then transferred to the local authority, which either announces an auction for its sale, or independently determines to whom the property is transferred.

Owners of real estate in temporarily occupied territories are required to re-register their property in the Rosregistry. If a person does not do this, his property can be declared “ownerless”, and the owner of the property can be evicted.

The police announced suspicion to the “head of the department” of the occupation administration in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
