“According to preliminary data, as of 5:00 p.m., in Odesa, 295 apartments in 35 buildings were affected in the Primorsky district, 79 apartments in 8 buildings in the Khadzhibey district, 18 apartments in 5 buildings in the Peresypsky district,” the message said. .
The city council added that the inspection of apartments in Khadzhibey and Primorsky districts is still ongoing.
The number of injured as a result of Russia’s evening attack on Odesa has increased to ten. An apartment building was destroyed in the city center. Apartments caught fire. Other high-rise buildings and about three dozen passenger cars were also damaged.
In addition, there was a fire on the territory of a public institution and a two-story building. The main central heating pipeline was also damaged due to the Russian shelling.
The chairman of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, clarified that a 35-year-old woman who was sleeping under a window died as a result of the Russian attack.
