In Odesa, a family dispensary was damaged by shelling on November 14.

This was reported by the Odesa City Council.

The dispensary building is an architectural monument and is located within the UNESCO protected area.

In the medical facility, windows and doors are damaged, furniture is broken, there is damage to the walls, ceiling, and roof beams. Currently, the windows are being covered with film, the condition of the building and utility networks are being inspected. The dispensary is closed until the examination is completed.

In Odesa, as a result of a Russian attack on November 14, one person was killed and at least ten were injured, including a child.
