In September, Russian strikes damaged 339 houses in Kharkiv

As a result of 15 strikes by Russian troops on Kharkiv in September, 339 houses were damaged.

Such statistics are provided by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Kharkiv City Council.

  • 4,401 windows were damaged in apartments (4,154 were closed);
  • In public places, 2,384 windows were broken (2,256 were closed);
  • 88 roofs were damaged, 52 of them have been repaired so far.

450 communal workers eliminated the consequences of the Russian strikes on the city.

As reported in the city council, in general, during September, the Russians bombarded Kharkiv almost every day, and sometimes twice a day – in a month they counted a record number of strikes – 53. Most often, the Russians hit Kharkiv with high-explosive aerial bombs (FAB-250 and FAB-500).
